Sherice Kral is a Certified John Maxwell leadership coach, an international keynote speaker, a business strategist, and a trainer. She started her leadership career in 2008 with the U.S. Army and quickly rose through the ranks.

In 2010, Sherice began her leadership coaching company with mentorship from two of Inc. Magazine's Top 50 Leadership Experts in the World. In 2017, she started mentoring directly with John Maxwell, the #1 Leadership expert in the world.

Sherice has worked with multiple Fortune 500 Companies and various U.S. Military branches but found her passion in delivering value for small businesses and entrepreneurs across the globe.

She has been a keynote speaker at Harvard Business School, U.S. Airforce, and U.S. Army, and many global companies like Ford, Chick-Fil-A, Brown Brothers, John Deere, and many more.

Sherice is currently building her second company, Thriving Entrepreneurs which ties in the 3 pillars of entrepreneurial success for service providers: business strategies, leadership (influence), and a successful mindset. Her goal is to change the small and micro-business economy so that entrepreneurship is as common as a college in households.
